The process to scan in athletes’ QR codes at the finish of a race should be intuitive and quick to learn for your volunteers.

Once logged in and viewing a meet:

  • Navigate to your event. Example: 100m
  • Select the race or “Add Race”
  • If there are no existing results and you are scanning them in fresh, select the “+ Add Athlete” button
  • If you already set times or imported from an external app, there will be a list of times without any athlete information.
    • Tap on any area in the first line to edit the information for the 1st place finisher
      Existing Times

  • Tap on the QR code icon in the top-left corner to scan in the athlete’s tag using the camera on your device.
    Existing Times

  • Tap the “Allow” button to grant access for the app to use your device’s camera.
  • Scan the QR code with your camera.
  • The information for the athlete should auto-fill in the form. The data should include Name, Team, Gender, and Level (Grade)
  • Tap ‘Save’ to close the modal.
    • Tap the next blank row in the results and repeat the process to scan the next athlete.
  • OR, if you are scanning in results that do not have times already, you may select ‘Save And Add Another’.
    • If you also check the box for ‘Auto Scan’, it will immediately launch the scanner when adding the next athlete.
