Once all your results are entered in the system, it’s a simple one-click button to auto calculate the scores for you meet. However, there a few key things you want to review to ensure your scores are accurate:
- All results must be separated out into their own divisions, e.g. Gender and Level (eg Grade or JV, Varsity, etc).
- All heats must be combined into a single event.
- Check out how to move results for more information.
- Note that it will overwrite any existing points, but you can manually edit them afterward.
- The scoring model is based on the type of meet you chose. To change the scoring configuration, click on ‘Edit Meet Details’
- There you can set the point structure for different types of events
- For example,
[5,3,1] means the first 3 places will score with 1st place scoring 5 points, and so on.
- The settings can be configured at your team level, and are auto copied over to your meet when it is first created.
- See Creating a meetfor more details.
When you’re ready, navigate to your meet and click the “Auto Calculate” button.

When complete, the results will show on the same page, and they will show on the public results page. The places set will also be used when exporting to Athletic.net.
If there are any corrections to be made, you can make them and re-calculate at any time.
