Moving Race Results

You may move results between races/heats/flights within a single event. Event results must be in a single, homogenous group before points totals can be accurately calculated.

There are several examples where event results may need to be moved to another group:

• Multiple heats of a single event.
  • Example: You have multiple heats of Girls Varsity 100m.
  • Action: You will need to combine the results of multiple heats into a single race before points can be auto assigned by the system.
• Multiple divisions present in a single race or flight.
  • Example 1: The 2 mile ran all divisions at the same time.
  • Example 2: You used an open pit for a field event.
  • Action: The athletes must be moved their own race/flight by division. Create an new empty race/flight for each division then come back to the original race and move the results to the correct new one.
