Creating A Meet

Once you have added athletes to your team , and printed race bibs, the next thing you’ll want to do is set up a meet.

Navigate to the team that will be hosting the meet.
Click ‘New Meet’ then the type of meet, eg ‘Track Meet’
Give it a ‘Name’, eg ‘Rivalville @ Hometown High’
Enter a location. This can be an address or just a name.
Set the date and time for the start of the meet.
Configure the settings for your meet:
- The defaults will be copied over from your team settings.
- Make sure points systems are encoded in brackets.
  - For example, if first place is worth 5 points, second place is 3 points, and third is 1 point, then you want ‘Track And Field Race Points’ to be [5,3,1]
  - If your relay races only score 5 points to the first place finisher, use [5], but you may use whatever points system you like, for example [5,3] would award 5 points to first place, 3 points to second place, and 0 points to all other finishers.
Click ‘Create Meet’
